It is up to the receiving experts or practitioners to vet the potential client, case, or business opportunity before entering into any agreement. Business Team Leads and The Business Team AI–its LLC are not responsible for any work guarantees, outcomes, or liabilities arising from services provided by these professionals, and are not liable for errors, omissions, injuries, defects, or issues in procedures, representation, sales, treatments, or contracted work.

We collect information from consumers through the Services and sell or share it with licensed attorneys, contractors, auto dealers, real estate agents, medical practitioners, seasonal service providers, or other experts specializing in these areas. You may provide information about your needs, potential claim, service request, or inquiry through the Services, which we use to generate and distribute leads. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a connection, acceptance of services, or successful outcome.
Business Team Leads facilitates the sale of these leads to professionals in the specified fields, but does not perform any vetting, matching guarantees, or direct introductions beyond data distribution.
2.2 User Responsibilities
When using the Services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about yourself, your needs, potential claim, service requested, health, vehicle, property, or other relevant details at the time of seeking service.
Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes
Business Team Leads does not guarantee that:

The outcome of any engagement, matter, sale, treatment, or work will be favorable.
The decision to pursue or accept a lead is at the sole discretion of the receiving expert or practitioner.
3.3 Relationships with Experts and Practitioners
Any relationship formed between you (as a consumer) and an expert/practitioner, or between us and purchasers of leads, is solely between those parties. Business Team Leads is not a party to any client-professional agreement and does not provide advice, services, or referrals beyond selling lead data.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1 Fees for Consumers
Business Team Leads does not charge individuals submitting information (consumers) for using the Services to generate leads. However, experts or practitioners who receive leads may charge fees for their services, which will be governed by your agreement with them.
4.2 Payments for Lead Purchasers
Business Team Leads operates on a pay-per-lead, form fill, phone call, or subscription model with experts, practitioners, and firms in the specified fields. These arrangements are separate from consumer use of the Services and do not affect your ability to submit information for lead generation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Business Team Leads or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Services without our prior written consent, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial use.
